Q: How do I place a pre-order? 

A: Browse our categories on the website and select the items you wish to pre-order. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout, provide your shipping and payment details and confirm your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your pre-order is successfully placed.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? 

A: We accept major debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets for pre-orders within India.

Q: Is payment via debit/credit card secure?

A: Yes, all online payments on Pristine Forests are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We safeguard your card and transaction details through industry-standard security protocols

Q: Can I pay by Cash on Delivery (COD)? 

A: Yes COD is available for pre-orders. 

Q: Can I use a gift voucher or promotional code on my pre-order?

A: Yes. At checkout you will find a field to enter your voucher or promo code. The discount will be applied before you proceed to payment.

Q: Can I place a pre-order without creating an account? 

A: Yes, we support guest checkout. However, creating an account gives you quicker access to your pre-order history and ensures you receive timely dispatch notifications and updates.

Q: My payment was rejected - what should I do? 

A: Payment rejection can happen due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, bank restrictions, or connectivity issues. Please check your details, contact your bank if needed, and retry. If problems persist, reach out to our Customer Care team with your error code or message.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: When will my pre-order be shipped? 

A: Orders will be dispatched in early may and we'll notify you once they are shipped.

Q: What is the expected delivery time once my pre-order is dispatched?

A: Once dispatched, standard delivery within India takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, it may take up to 10–12 business days.

Q: Can I ship to an address different from my billing address? 

A: Yes. You may provide a different shipping address at checkout. Please ensure the pin code and address details are accurate.

Q: How do I track my pre-order? 

A: Once your pre-order is dispatched, we will email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime in the "My Account" section on our website.

Q: What happens if my pre-order is delayed or becomes unavailable? 

A: In the event of a delay or unavailability, we will inform you promptly via email or phone. You will have the option to wait for the updated dispatch date, choose an equivalent product, or cancel for a full refund.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I cancel my pre-order? 

A: Yes, you may cancel your pre-order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting our Customer Care team. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and you will need to follow our return policy.

Q: Will I get a full refund if I cancel my pre-order? 

A: Yes. Pre-orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. The refund typically reflects within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons (since these are body/face oils and mists), returns are accepted only if the product is unopened and in its original condition, unless the fault lies with us.

Q: Are your products natural, Ayurvedic or organic? 

A: Yes. At Pristine Forests we formulate our products with high-quality natural botanicals and Ayurvedic inspiration. All ingredients are subject to rigorous quality checks. Any ingredient marked with ** on our labels is certified organic.

Q: Are your products cruelty-free or vegan? 

A: No product is tested on animals. Our products are made with botanical extracts, plant-based preservatives, and clean, safe ingredients.

Q: Can I pre-order if I am pregnant or breastfeeding? 

A: You are welcome to pre-order, but we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using any new skincare or body care product during pregnancy or breastfeeding, especially if you are sensitive to essential oils. For specific ingredient queries, please reach out to our Customer Care team.

Q: What will the shelf life of my ordered product be upon delivery? 

A: All Pristine Forests products have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacturing. Your pre-ordered product will carry a clearly printed manufacturing date and "best before" date. For best results, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep the bottle tightly closed after each use.

Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin? 

A: We design our formulations keeping Indian skin and body care conditions in mind. If you have highly sensitive skin or known allergies, we advise doing a small patch test behind your ear or on the inner forearm and waiting 24 hours before full use. Stop use immediately if you experience any irritation.
