Eligibility for Return

You may request a return under the following conditions:
• You received a damaged, leaked or tampered item
• You received the wrong product
• You received an expired product

Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened items unless the issue is caused by damage in transit or a packing error from our side. For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened, used or partially used products.

Return Request Window

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Any requests raised after 7 days may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

• Order number
• Clear photos or video of the product and packaging
• A short description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

Pick Up and Inspection

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address whenever possible. After the returned item reaches us, it undergoes a quick quality check.

Refund Processing

After the returned product passes inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing time varies between 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or preferred digital wallet. Our team will request your details securely by email or phone.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting Customer Care. Once the order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return if your case is eligible under our return policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns for:
• Used or opened products
• Products without original packaging
• Items requested for return after the 7 day period

• The product prices listed are current and updated. However, these are subject to change without advance notice.

• All prices on this web site are processed in Indian Rupees and the prices are inclusive of all taxes.

• All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of shipping.

• Our products are liable for GST in India.
