Shipping and Delivery

At Pristine Forests, we prepare every order with care so that your products reach you safely and on time. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship and deliver your pre-orders.

Order Processing 

Once your pre-order is ready, it is carefully packed and handed over to our courier partner. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.

Pre-orders will be dispatched starting 12th June 2026.

Delivery Timeline 

Delivery time within India typically takes 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your pin code and location. Remote, rural or hard-to-reach regions may take slightly longer, usually 7 to 12 business days.

Tracking Your Order 

After dispatch you will receive your tracking details by email, whatsapp and SMS. You can click on the link to monitor the movement of your package at any time. If you have created an account on our website, you can also check your order status under the "My Account" section.

Shipping Address 

You may enter a delivery address that is different from your billing address. Please ensure all details including pin code and phone number are correct at the time of placing your pre-order, as changes may not always be possible once the order is confirmed.

Shipping Charges 

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your pre-order.

Delivery Attempts 

Our courier partner will attempt delivery a couple of times in case you are unavailable. If the package cannot be delivered it will be returned to us. In such cases we will connect with you to arrange a re-dispatch or refund as applicable.
