• Diffuse 3–4 drops during meditation or before sleep
• Face oil: blend 1 drop in 10 ml carrier oil (jojoba, almond) for soothing, anti-inflammatory care.
• Body ritual: add 5 drops to bathwater or body oil for soft, fragrant skin.
